Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Please note the following delivery guidelines:

1. Order Dispatch

   • Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

   • All shipments leave from our warehouse through reputed courier partners.

2. Delivery Timeframe

   • Allow 5–7 business days from the dispatch date for delivery to your location.

3. Cancellations, Returns & Shipping Fees

   • If an order is cancelled post-dispatch or in transit—including COD rejections—return shipping costs (both ways) will be charged to you.

   • For prepaid orders, cancellations after dispatch are non-refundable and shipping charges are non-refundable.

   • Delivery charges apply during promotional events (e.g., Birthday Sale), even if waived elsewhere.

4. Changing Your Shipping Address

   • Post-dispatch updates are allowed only if the PIN code and state remain the same.

5. Reporting Damages or Missing Items

   • Please report shortages or damages on the day of delivery.

   • Send an unboxing video via email to teammyoral@gmail.com — this is mandatory for claims.
